All sales are final. As per Australian Consumer Law we are not obligated to provide returns/refunds for change of mind or fit, or for stolen cards/orders placed by accident. We provide detailed and accurate measurements and descriptions of each item. Please choose carefully and review the provided details and photos before purchasing.

Detailed measurements and a recommended best fit are provided for each item, please review these carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding an items fit or size, send us a message as we’re here to help! 

Returns ARE permitted if your item arrives and has a major fault
that was not sufficiently disclosed by us in the items description and/or
photos. We offer a 14 day return window (from the day you received your item).  

To request a return, please email us at
recycledsurfwear@gmail.com, including your order number in the subject line and the reason for the return. 

Domestic customers will be supplied with a return label to affix to their parcel. International customers will need to ship their item(s) using their local courier with tracked shipping and will be reimbursed once the parcel has arrived back to us.

Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is completely out of our control and we are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or
damaged in transit. 

Please ensure you enter your name and shipping address correctly, as we will address your parcel exactly as it has been provided. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

If you have any problems, contact your local post office or Australia Post first before contacting us to escalate delivery issues. We will help in any way we can to get to the bottom of any issues.

For international customers, any customs charges such as taxes and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer, and Recycled Surfwear will not be held responsible. 

Any international customers who refuse to pay their duty fees or taxes and have their parcels returned back to us, will have the opportunity to re-pay for postage to have their parcel shipped again. Failing that, your
order will be cancelled with no refund issued.

Our items are up to 40 years old, and as such general wear is to be expected. We inspect each item carefully for your peace of mind. If
there are any major or noticeable flaws, they will be disclosed by us in the items description and/or shown in the photographs.

We provide a grading system for each item to give you an
idea of the overall condition:

Excellent: close to new condition with no or very minor
flaws

Very good: minor flaw(s) and general aging

Good: major flaw(s) and aging

Fair: severe flaw(s) and aging

The condition grade will be paired with any flaws listed for
each item to give you the most accurate representation of the condition.
