Item Condition

We do our best to describe and photograph each item, including any faults or flaws that may be present. As our items are second-hand, some wear is to be expected, however anything such as major pilling, marking, discolouration, fading, holes/tears/rips or alterations will be disclosed and/or photographed.

Each item's condition is graded in the product description.

Excellent condition: the item has no (or very unnoticeable) flaws and may show some slight signs of age.

Very good condition: the item may have some minor flaws and show some general signs of age.

Good condition: the item may have various flaws and show major signs of age.

Fair condition: the item may have major/severe flaws and show heavy signs of age.


We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged or stolen in transit. Once your item has left our hands it is out of our control.

If your tracking number says delivered, but you can't find your parcel, contact AusPost first, as they will be able to provide more assistance than we can.

For international customers, any customs charges such as taxes and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer, and Recycled Surfwear will not be held responsible.


All sales are final. As per Australian Consumer Law we are not obligated to provide returns/refunds for change of mind or fit, or for stolen cards/orders placed by accident. We provide detailed and accurate measurements and descriptions of each item. Please choose carefully and review the provided details and photos before purchasing.

We offer a 14-day return window (from the day you received the item), IF your item arrives with a major fault that was not disclosed by us in the description and/or photographs. Return requests will be reviewed by us, and we reserve the right to reject a return request if we deem any flaws to have been sufficiently disclosed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

In the event of a return due to a fault, we will send you a return label to affix to your parcel and then send back to us. Once we receive your item, you will be notified, and issued with a refund via whichever payment method used to place the order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be sent back to you.
