Getting the right size for a vintage item is extremely important, and as such, we try to be as detailed and accurate as possible with our recommended sizing for each product. Sometimes the size shown on an items tag, may not reflect the true size of the item relative to modern day sizes or may differ from the measurements. This means referring to our measurements and recommended sizes is vital for ensuring an item is right for you.

The way we recommend and display sizes is slightly different for tops (tees, jumpers, jackets, shirts etc) and bottoms (shorts and pants):

TOPS
Each item has ‘Best Fit’ and measurements listed in the description.

The Best Fit is the recommended size, based on our models personally trying on the item.

The Chest and Length measurements are hand measured by our team for every item – see the below photo for reference.

The measurements should always be the first reference point when determining whether the item is right for you, followed by the ‘Best Fit’.

BOTTOMS

Each item has Waist & Rise measurements, along with Inseam for pants & jeans and Outer Leg Length for shorts & boardies listed in the description – see the photo below for reference.

These are hand-measured by our team and should be used to determine if the item is right for you.

If you have ANY questions about the size or fit of any item or would like to request additional measurements (such as sleeve length, leg opening, etc.), reach out to us on Instagram or via email. We are eager to help and will do everything we can to ensure that when you purchase an item, it’s right for you.

MODELS

Our male model, Tom, is 181cm. He wears Large - Extra Large in tops and 33" in bottoms.

Our female model, Grace, is 164cm. She wears a size 8 (Small) in tops and is a 26" waist.

Any images of our models wearing bottoms that are too big or small for them, the items have been pinned (for items too big) or worn with the waist unfastened (for items too small).
