What size are the models?
Our male model is 5’11 and wears an L - XL, and 32″ in bottoms.
Our female model is 5’4 and is a size 6 in tops and 26″ in bottoms.
What is your returns policy?

How much does shipping cost?
Standard tracked shipping Australia wide is $9.95.

My item hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?
First of all, check your tracking number. If it hasn’t updated in more than 2 weeks get in contact with us.
If it says delivered but you can’t find it, have a good look around your property or ask your neighbours if they have seen your package.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Email us at recycledsurfwear@gmail.com or send us a DM on Instagram @recycledsurfwear and we'll make sure your parcel is sent to the correct address!
Make sure you contact us as soon as possible as we ship orders quickly.
Why can't I find my order confirmation email?
Check your spam or promotions folder as sometimes our emails will land in there. If you still can't find it, it's possible you entered the wrong email at checkout.
